Description

Brooke Mattapan Field Renovation Project, 150 American Legion Hwy, Mattapan, MA. The Project consists of the renovation of a multi-use park space with the following three main elements: playgrounds, basketball courts, and athletic field. The project includes, but is not limited to: site demolition and tree removal; excavation; segmental block retaining wall; metal and chain link fencing, gates; site furnishings (including stone block seating); site lighting and electrical work; rough and fine site grading; asphalt walks; basketball courts and goals; play structures and their associated foundations; rubberized play surfacing; synthetic turf; site drainage; water supply; irrigation; and planting.
