Aberdeen Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester Gas Flare Improvements

**As of May 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded to be awarded by the end of June.** The City of Aberdeen will receive sealed bids for the improvements to the existing anaerobic digester gas flare and safety equipment at its Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AAWWTP) in accordance with the Contract Documents. All bids shall be in the form of a Lump Sum price with a clearly defined list of all items included in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 05/05/2023 at 4:00 PM ET Questions concerning the information provided in the bidding documents will be accepted Authority of the City of Aberdeen shall in all cases, determine the amount, quality and acceptability of the equipment proposed. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document duly executed and delivered to the place where bids are to be submitted at any time prior to the deadline for bids. It is a requirement of the Contract that at least 50% of the Work required for this Project be performed by Bidders labor force and not by sub-bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date set for the opening of bids. The CITY OF ABERDEEN hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all, to reject any or all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
