| Description | The work of this project is generally described as consisting of the following: Roof replacement of the existing ballasted single-ply roof systems on roof areas 3,4,5 and 6 with new ballasted single ply roof systems. Area 7 is a fully adhered single-ply roof to be replaced in kind. Salvage ballast for Owner. Sheet metal flashing shall be removed and replaced with new 24 ga gi color-coated sheet metal. There is one pyramidal skylight which needs to be replaced. |
