Improvements to amenity center to include swimming pools, a playground, and pickleball courts. Phase 1, the River Side Phase contains approximately 200 existing sites in the southern portion of the property. The Forest Phase contains approximately 200 existing sites as well and is located east of the River Side Phase. Phase 2, called the River Reserve Section, will contain approximately 250 camp sites for recreational RV’s and Park Models. RVs are camping units that are typically towed to the camping site by the owner for shorter stays. Park Models are described as small manufactured “tiny” homes that are located on camp sites and intended to stay at the same location for an entire season. This phase will also include “glamping/cabins” where the property owner will provide high end campers, cabins, or other housing structures for a customer to rent for their stay. Phase 3 known as the Forest Reserve Section will contain approximately 250 sites. It will be a private gated section from the rest of the facility and contain their own amenity center with a pool, clubhouse, and sports courts.
