Operations Building Addition

Awarded Bid: Pinnacle $66,000 All bids must be made on the basis of and meet or exceed the requirements contained herein. The successful Offeror must be able to provide the construction services for the Operations Building Addition as mentioned in the following Exhibits. The City shall have sole discretion in evaluating qualifications. The City reserves the right to select the qualifications that it may determine to be in the best interest of the City. The City also reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, including that of the selected firm if satisfactory contract negotiations cannot be concluded.
