| Description | The Project consist of repairs to the 2-Story window systems at E. North Street Academy along with Skylight Removal. The General Contractor will be responsible for work pertaining to but not limited to the following: l. Removal of the existing 2-Story Curtain Wall Window System, metal panels and skylights above the curtain walls. 2. The installation of new storefront window systems, metal wall panels, and roof system at the two skylight locations. 3. Repairs to brick wall to ensure a watertight building at new storefront window system. The project will be completed during the time frame of June 9, 2020 through October 9, 2020. |
