Sherman Street Overlay Improvements

Bids are related to the construction of roadway related projects to include cold milling and asphalt overlay improvements on local streets on public rights of way within the Sherman Town limits. The proposed streets to be completed by the contractor are included in Section C - General Conditions of Work of the Contract Documents. Work will be provided by the contractor on existing local streets per the Contract Documents, Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer. The Project shall make provisions for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide the improvements as defined in the Proposal document and as represented in the General Conditions of Work and Technical Specifications as set forth in the Contract Documents. The total Contract Time shall not exceed 30 consecutive calendar days. Award will be made to the lowest and best bidder and the Mayor and Board of Aldermen reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
