Description

As of June 23, 2023 the project was awarded to Merritt Companies, awarded amount is $148,476.32. The following are additional requirements for this project. These provisions reflect, in part, how the City of Moore intends to run the project. Should any of these provisions be in conflict with any other information in this document, unless amended by the City of Moore, these provisions shall take precedence. The vendor shall furnish competent personnel, licensed and continued supervision for the duration of its project work. Vendors desiring consideration shall have experience on similar types of projects, be fully licensed, qualified, experienced and possess knowledge to perform such work. If you desire to submit additional information, please attach it to the end of your proposal. This contract is intended to be a lump sum fixed cost contract. Any quantities identified are for clarification purposes only and are not intended in any way to limit the quantity of materials necessary to complete the described work in accordance with the contract documents and as required by applicable codes. Vendor shall provide CAD drawings in a format acceptable to the City of Moore. Vendor will be responsible to protect any constructed items related to The City of Moore. If any such items are damaged by vendor, said items shall be replaced or repaired to the satisfaction of the City of Moore at the vendor's expense. Determination of this all rest solely with the City of Moore. Vendor shall keep the site clean and orderly at all times. All material deliveries and storage areas are to be coordinated with the City of Moore. Each responder shall provide an all-inclusive price. Failure to comply with this requirement may cause the responder's proposal to be disqualified. The proposal price must be an all-inclusive price, based upon the information contained herein.
