Cooling Tower Replacement at Absegami High School and HVAC Replacement at Oakcrest High School

Auditorium HVAC system replacement. Replace the existing interior HVAC system which utilizes split system electric refrigerant based on cooling hydronic heating water system. Provide two (2) new roof mounted self-contained electric refrigerant based cooling, natural gas heating, air handling units (AHU’s). Extend hydronic heating water piping system, provide new exterior ductwork, and modify interior ductwork distribution system. Provide new automatic temperature control (ATC), new roof mounted equipment platform with associated structural dunnage, and new architectural screen. The AHU’s will be located on the auditorium roof. Library / Multipurpose HVAC System Replacement. Replace the existing exterior HVAC Rooftop Unit which utilizes natural gas heating and electric refrigerant based cooling. Provide one (1) new roof mounted self-contained electric refrigerant based cooling, natural gas heating, packaged rooftop air handling units. Extend existing natural gas piping system, extend and modify the existing exterior rooftop ductwork distribution system. Provide new automatic temperature control systems (ATC), new RTU equipment curb, and modify structural steel supports. Extend existing electrical feeders, extend existing automatic temperature control communications bus, and provide additional graphics. Clean the existing ductwork, and replace supply and return air devices.
