| Description | The Usagm And The Voa Require The Services Of An Ip Router Manufacturer To Upgrade And/Or Replace The Existing Problematic Ip Router Currently In Use At Voa. The Contractor shall provide all required equipment, software, firmware, hardware, commissioning, installation and training to provide VOA with a fully functional SMPTE 2110 IP routing system. VOA will return any excess equipment, software, firmware, and hardware from the GV Node system once GV Orbit is fully operational. ( A Brand Name Justifcation is attached) Specific tasks include: (See Attachment A for detailed specification, Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria) Procure, inventory, test equipment Configure equipment, software, firmware, and hardware Test equipment, software, firmware, and hardware Train operators Train maintenance staff Commission system Return excess equipment Travel if necessary |
