| Description | The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a term contract through competitive sealed bidding with one qualified vendor to supply mulch through bulk delivery of colored mulch and mulch blower installation of colored mulch at Christopher Newport University (CNU), an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) successive one (1) year periods.
