Site Directions: Project is located in Cotter, Arkansas on Arkansas Highway 412 approximately 0.75 miles east of the intersection of Hwy 62B and Hwy 412 Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for: Booster Pump Station at Highway 412 Water Distribution System Pressure Stabilization and the envelope should bear on the outside the Bidders name, address, and license number if applicable, and the name of the project for which the BID is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the OWNER at: City of Cotter 115 McLean Avenue Cotter, Arkansas 72626 Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: Engineering Services, Inc., 1207 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72765, and City of Cotter, Arkansas, 115 McClean Avenue, Arkansas 72626. The project consists of the following: Installing a quadplex booster pump skid and building with controls and piping, Installing an emergency power generator, Installing approximately 50 feet of 8-inch water main, Connections to existing water mains, and All appurtenances necessary for a complete installation, as specified and shown on the Plans.
