| Description | The Government has determined that El Vado and Heron reservoirs facility elevators require annual testing and inspections by a qualified elevator inspector as defined by ASME QE1.1. The first year testing shall include a Load Test as well as the Periodical Inspections (see Schedule A) as required under these specification. Elevator load test is 500 lbs. representing a 2-person capacity. Periodical inspections (Schedules B through E) shall be performed the other four years and will not required the load testing under this procurement. |
