Crossroads Park Playground Equipment Installation

The City of Chino Hills is accepting bids for "Crossroads Park Playground Equipment Installation" at Crossroads Park located at 2756 Chino Hills Parkway, Chino Hills, CA 91709. The project shall be constructed in conformance with the 2021 Standards for Public Works Construction and the attached specifications. In submitting a Bid, the contractor agrees to all terms of the attached sample contract and shall enter into an agreement with the City prior to commencement of work. Please direct any questions or concerns to Alexis DalPont at adalpont@chinohills.org by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2022. All inquiries shall be submitted in writing. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Only questions with "Crossroads Park Playground Equipment Installation" in the subject line will be accepted. Answers to submitted questions will be addressed by Thursday, October 6, 2022. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A Contractor's License at the time of the Bid submittal. The Contractor shall also be currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The Contractor shall obtain a City business license, insurances and bonds as required by the contract. Daily damages of $250 per calendar day shall be assessed to the Contractor for failure to complete work in the time specified
