FR Estate Office Warehouse Development

Project consists of a new warehouse and office with associated site work. PLEASE NOTE: Owner has already acquired the pre-engineered building. As of September 21 2022, this project has submitted for permits and are waiting for the permits to be issued by the City of Suwanee as per source. This project will go out for re-bid once the permits have been obtained. A firm construction timeline has yet to be established.
