In general, work includes creating access to new site, drilling, casing, grouting, test pumping chlorination, televising, and sealing of a new 960 foot deep well within the Village of Oregon. Project includes erosion control measures, disposal of drilled material and site restoration. Additonal Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. There is no pre-bid meeting. The Village of Oregon reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
