Saints Peter and George Coptic Orthodox Church Expansion

Site work, paving and new construction of a religious / funeral development in Westlake, Ohio. Design plans call for the construction of a 45,800-square-foot, one-story above grade religious / funeral development. The project scope includes the new construction of a 11,550-square-foot church, 14,250-square-foot social hall, 10,200-square-foot gymnasium and a 9,800-square-foot two story classroom wing with 9 classrooms and office space. As of June 30, 2022, this project is still pending fundraising. The architect has not yet started the construction documents phase. A general contractor has not been chosen, and the method of contractor selection has not been determined. A firm construction timeline has not been established.
