| Description | The primary purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to evaluate and select a Company to remove Class AA Biosolids at the best value to JEA. JEA will contract with a Prime Contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the following services; pickup, transport and disposal of JEA generated Class AA Biosolids. The Biosolids will be provided in the form of pellets. JEA reserves the right to also award a second contract to be in place if the Prime Contractor cannot perform (the "Secondary Contractor").
