Description | Crystal Clear Special Utility District (CCSUD) will receive sealed proposals for the Construction Package No.3 – Waterline Improvements and ARV Installation project until 12:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, the 25th day of February 2020. Sealed proposals will be received at the CCSUD Office, 2370 FM 1979, San Marcos, Texas 78666. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be accepted. This construction package consists of four projects, described as the following: FM 1339 West Pipeline – Approximately 10,000 linear feet of 12-inch water line along FM 1339. The proposed pipeline includes fire hydrants, gate valves, combination air valves and connecting existing meter services. Proposed method of construction is by open trench and slick boring. FM 1339 East Pipeline – Approximately 9,500 linear feet of 12-inch water line along FM 1339. The proposed pipeline includes fire hydrants, gate valves, combination air valves and connecting existing meter services. Proposed method of construction is by open trench, slick bore, and jack and bore. Windmill to Boeder Pipeline – Approximately 28,800 linear feet of 12-inch transmission main to move water from the Windmill Booster Station to the Boeder Booster Station. Approximately 8,750 linear feet of proposed 6-inch distribution main will parallel the transmission main. Both proposed pipelines include fire hydrants, gate valves and combination air valves. Proposed ARV Locations – The installation of 29 new combination air valves throughout the system to be place on existing water mains. |
