Chiller Plant #4 Zone Chilled Water Plant

Project Number - 1184710, A-014818, LZF1-10382 Provide all site clearing, grading and preparation for new work and new building. Construction of new building to house new chiller plant. Construction of new chilled water plant and associated electrical, controls, plumbing, etc. Construction of new electrical service and extension of primary loop. New chilled water plant controls. New distribution loop for chilled water and heating hot water (alternate cost) from the new plant to Lindley, Marvin, Chalmers, Anschutz and Budig. Extension of existing parking, curbs and sidewalks around the building. Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to theState of Kansas.A Certificate of Deposit, in an amount of 100% of the Contract amount, may be substituted for a Performance and Public Works Bond. Budget: $12,000,000 Value: Over $5,000,000 The undersigned agrees to have the work of the project to a point of final completion, including all punch list items, ready for the Project Architect/Engineer's final inspection and the Owner's and Office of Facilities and Property Management's acceptance by November 1, 2024. Liquidated damages are established at the rate of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars per calendar day. Licenses shall be available for inspection at the work site, and if a license is not available, work of that particular trade shall cease. Licenses from any state or political subdivision will be recognized The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternate bids and unit prices
