Description

Work to be performed will include but may not be limited to: 1. Prepare a detailed Scope of Work for the project. 2. Facilitate public involvement and follow RIC's public involvement process. 3. Adhere to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Road Safety Audit (RSA) Guidelines document. 4. Develop and evaluate feasible transportation improvement scenarios for multi-modal transportation, including cost estimates. 5. Work with the Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC), the WV Department of Transportation (WVDOT), transit agencies, local stakeholders from Kanawha and Putnam counties, and citizens to develop appropriate and prioritized transportation improvement scenarios. 6. Prepare any mapping or analysis in electronic form for use in ArcGIS. 7. Prepare draft, final, and executive summary study reports in paper and electronic format.
