Glass Repair and Replacement

Question Cutoff Date: 9/30/2022 11:00 AM (ET) Proposals will be taken under advisement upon closing and successful proposers will be notified as soon as an evaluation is completed. The District will negotiate, as appropriate, with the apparent acceptable proposers. Complete scope of work is available in the attachment section of this bid request. The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities or technicality in any proposal should such be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The proposed costs, fee or expense, will weigh heavily in the award of any resulting contract but will not necessarily be the determining factor. The District intends to review all written proposals.
