Description The purpose of this request for statement of qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be awarded a basic contract to provide the necessary Part A, Pre-Construction Phase Services Contract and a Part B, Construction Phase Services Contract, for a period of three (3) years or until project completion, whichever occurs later, exercisable at the option of the County. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual and written agreement and, when applicable, approval of County Council. The purpose of the new Court/Central Services Warehouse is to provide secure, climate controlled high density file storage of court records, security sensitive records, construction materials, fixtures, furniture, equipment, maintenance materials, vehicle, auto parts, generators, scissor lifts and the like. The project may also include the following ancillary features: offices, reception, lobby, break room with lunch table, meeting rooms, safety shower/eye wash, customer service counter, covered loading dock, vehicle wash, surface parking, razor wire fencing and electronic sliding secure vehicle gates, showers, intake/processing of goods/materials area, staging area for processing good/materials for auction, archiving or distribution.
