Goreville Grade School Gym HVAC Replacement

Work under Base Bid for the General Contract to include the complete demolition of the existing wood gym floor and the partial demolition of the existing concrete slab-on-grade and under slab sewer line. New work to include the installation of a new sewer line across the gym, new concrete slab-on-grade infill, and a new wood gym floor with court striping within the gymnasium. Work under Base Bid for the Mechanical Contract to include the complete demolition of the existing ceiling mounted gas unit heaters, vents, and side wall louvers. New work to include new mechanical roof mounted curb, one roof top unit, exterior mechanical ductwork, EPDM roof patching, interior fabric ductwork, and gas line modifications and painting. Corresponding Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems will also be included.
