1. Hazardous materials must be abated in accordance with MIOSHA and DEQ regulations and the attached Pre-Demolition Compliance Survey assessment. 2. Compact all clean backfill material with a hoe-pack or vibrating roller compactor. 3. Remove _ _1_ curb(s) cut(s) and entry approach(s). (18 lineal feet) 4. Install _ __21_ lineal feet of curb and gutter 5. Remove and replace _ 60 lineal feet _of cracked, heaved and broken public sidewalks. 6. See enclosed water and sewer service records for approximate location and any special instructions for shared services. If no service card is provided it is the contractor’s responsibility to insure that neighboring water and sewer services are operational at the conclusion of the demolition. 7. Trees/shrubs: Remove all trees, brush, weeds, overgrowth surrounding home and along N tree line including removal of all saplings, small trees, brush overgrowth through tree line to allow for full grade. Also remove all saplings, brush overgrowth through rear yard of property extending to W chain link fence to allow for full grade and yard installation. Remove large stump in City ROW. Trim all brush and weeds from S fence line 8. Miscellaneous: Remove all hard surfaces and regrade full property area for final yard installation to blend with all surrounding grades.
