| Description | Re-roof the Lutheran upper and lower roofs (approximately 291,214 sq. ft.) with consideration of a green roof application at the Plaza Deck level to enhance the environment of care and the use of modified bitumen system on the upper roofs. This scope of work includes the third, fourth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth roof levels of Lutheran. Address ongoing moisture intrusion issues by installing through-wall flashing at the base of the Lutheran Pavilion where it meets the Plaza Deck. Install safety guard rail systems meeting OSHA regulations. Install tiebacks on all upper roofs to facilitate the use of stages for window washing. Install fully compliant access ladders to the upper levels. Coat all exposed surfaces with white acrylic elastromeric fluid membrane. Install dedicated water service and electrical access to support swingstage operations and roofing maintenance. | ||||
