Spray-in-Place Pipe Storm Sewer Rehabilitation

This project consists of rehabilitating three separate 52-inch corrugated metal storm sewer pipe segments along the easterly and southerly property limits of Aldrin Elementary School (617 Boxwood Drive) and along Boxwood Drive, from Aldrin Elementary School to the intersection of Boxwood Drive and Cedarcrest Drive. The project also requires 24-inch and 36-inch storm sewer spot repairs located at Jaycee Park (near the intersection of Syracuse Lane and Cornell Lane) The work consists of a base bid that includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to rehabilitate 455 feet of deteriorated 52-inch nominal diameter corrugated metal pipe using spray-in-place pipe (SIPP) techniques, storm structure rehabilitation using build-back or SIPP techniques, storm sewer spot repair, landscape restoration, pavement restoration, traffic control and protection, and any and all other work items necessary to complete the project. Four alternatives will be awarded or removed by the Village and the work consists of additional invert repairs, lateral repairs, installation of a doghouse style manhole, and additional SIPP rehabilitation
