Cottageville Elementary School Renovations

Selective Interior Renovation to include the following: a. Selective demolition. b. Remedial in-fill construction of exterior masonry walls where indicated. c. Alterations to bituminous membrane roof. d. New aluminum storefront framing and glazing. e. Hollow metal doors and frames. f. New interior room finishes including suspended acoustical panel ceiling. g. Interior Signage. h. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical system alterations. 2. Site work and Site improvements including, but not limited to, the following: a. Site Utilities. b. Paved driveways and parking areas. c. Signage. d. Landscaping. This project is funded in part by the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER) as follows: 1. ESSER-funded work: a. All demolition of ceilings and new ceilings in the following rooms: Corridors 115, 132, and 133; Classrooms 105, 106, 112, 121-130; Media Center 108; and Kitchen 110. b. All demolition of windows, storefront systems, and exterior doors, and new storefront and aluminum entrances. c. Hazardous material abatement at ceilings. d. All demo and new work in Utility Entrance 114 not specifically mentioned elsewhere. e. All roof demo associated with new and/or existing mechanical equipment. f. Exterior division 04 work. g. New flooring and base in areas where hazardous materials were abated. h. All mechanical work (divisions 20-25). i. All electrical (division 26) work associated with new mechanical work and the new electrical service. 2. Balance of work locally-funded: a. All work associated with new roof hatch and new roof ladder(s) including associated demolition. b. All demolition of ceilings and new ceilings in rooms not listed in ESSER-funded items. c. All hazardous materials abatement other than that listed as part of ESSR-funded work. d. New window shades. e. All demolition of walls, doors, and construction of new walls and doors in rooms Work 104, Speech 105 and 106, Gym Storage 107A, Fire Service 107B, Future walk-ins 111B, and Pre-K 112. f. Interior division 04 work. g. All interior doors and hardware. h. All flooring and base not listed above. i. All division 10 work. j. All fire suppression work including work outside the building. k. All other electrical (division 26) work including lighting. l. New fire alarm system. m. All division 28. n. Any other work not mentioned in ESSER funded list.
