RockRun Collection - Multi Family Residential & Site Improvements

Revised Civil Drawings have been added. These are NOT new drawings. The architect added a few sheets for more detail. Please confirm if there would be any changes to your pricing. This is a project that Path Construction has been awarded and we have been working with the owner on the Pre-construction/Design. With 100% DD drawings complete, we are asking subcontractors to submit their most competitive numbers possible. We will be selecting one subcontractor per trade during this bidding process phase that will move forward/work with us towards 100% CD drawings. As of now we are anticipating breaking ground end of August 2023. Please include all VE options as this will be taken under consideration when choosing the final construction team. This project will be done in (2) two phases: Phase: Phase 1 – 1 Year – 264 Units Phase: Phase 2 – 15-16 Months – 309 Units – TO FOLLOW AT A LATER DATE
