Description | A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of new construction work is shown on drawings. C. Existing facility and driveways South of construction site shall remain operational and protected during construction operations. All potential bidders are responsible to read all Bidding Documents and submit questions in writing through the electronic bidding system by December 13, 2023 at 12:00 p.m As part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA), the City of Oklahoma City received an allocation of $1.5 million from the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to provide lighting improvements at C. B. Cameron Park. Project MP-0539 II, C. B. Cameron Park Lighting Package at 11711 N. Portland Avenue. The scope of work provides lighting improvements for the soccer fields at C. B. Cameron Park. The City of Oklahoma City requires any contractor engaging in work on public property, for which a prequalification class of such work has been established, must be prequalified by the Prequalification Review Board for that class of work to perform such work. Additionally, to bid on this Project, the Bidder must be prequalified by the City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board prior to the bid date as: BUILDING CONTRACTOR B. Notwithstanding the bidding requirement above, the contractor or subcontractor performing any work for which a prequalification class has been created, the contractor must be prequalified in that class to perform that work. Any contractor that would like to bid on this project and are not currently prequalified with the City of Oklahoma City, should contact the Prequalification Manager at 405-297-2058 or email prequal@okc.gov to discuss the prequalification process. Contractors are encouraged to apply early for prequalification to enable processing and enable the potential contractor to bid this project contractor to bid this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
