Description

As of August 17, 2022, the project has not been awarded as all bids received were over budget. The City of Belton is currently pursuing additional funds to award a contract for all or a portion of the project. Project No-GR2641, 2017-00010/17035 Construction of a new two-story wood frame structure, concrete slab on grade foundation. Exterior, brick veneer on the ground level, cementitious lap siding on the second-floor level. Site improvements, limited new asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks, utilities. A new septic system and leaching field will be provided as part of this project. The City of Belton does not discriminate on the bas is of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other lawfully protected cla ssification. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities, and to ma ke an award in any manner consistent with law and in the best interest of the City of Belto he project shall consist of the construction of a new two-story wood frame structure with an asphalt shingle sloped roof. The foundation will be a concrete slab on grade. The exterior finishes are brick veneer on the ground level and cementitious lap siding on the second-floor level. Interior spaces on the ground level will be a concessions area and staff toilet, two public gang toilets, stairwell and six miscellaneous service rooms. The second level will be 5 score rooms and 8 press box rooms, toilet room, stairwell and three miscellaneous service rooms. Site improvements shall consist of the following, limited new asphalt paving and concrete sidewalks, utilities. A new septic system and leaching field will be provided as part of this project.
