Description

The Bus Fuel Improvements project generally includes the removal of two (2) existing 10,000-gallon (gal) diesel underground storage tank (UST) systems, one (1) existing 10,000-gal unleaded gasoline UST system, one (1) existing 550-gal used oil UST system, existing fuel and vent piping, and existing fuel island equipment, the installation of one (1) new 14,000-gal diesel aboveground storage tank (AST) system, one (1) new 500-gal used oil AST system, one (1) new 1,000-gal diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank system, fuel and DEF piping, fuel island equipment, electrical connections and controls, and extension of the existing fuel island canopy. The project also includes installation and maintenance of the necessary erosion and sediment control measures during construction.
