In general, the Project consists of, but not limited to: 1. This project includes the replacement of two (2) existing fire pumps and new underground primary electric feeds to each pump located at 18 Bond St, Lynn, MA and 95 Tremont St, Lynn, MA. The replacement of the fire pumps is considered a level one alteration per the MA Building Code. This project also includes the demolition of existing fire pumps, controllers, and all related appurtenances. New fire pumps, controllers, and all related appurtenances to be provided as specified. New underground electric services to be provided as specified. |
