Tilles Park Improvements

The project includes approximately 3,200 linear feet oftrail improvements, replacement ofthe basketball court, and other site improvements at Tilles Park located in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed under the terms ofAct 150 ofthe 1965 Acts ofthe Arkansas Legislature, including subsequent amendments, and considered by the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board to be classified as a General Contractor for the classification required to perform the work identified as part ofthe project. The City ofFort Smith encourages participation ofsmall, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement ofgoods, services, and construction, either as a General Contractor or Subcontractor. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date ofthe opening thereof. The City ofFort Smith is an Equal Opportunity Employer Male/Female. Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
