| Description | The project is to remove (8) deteriorated reinforced concrete effluent troughs located in WVSA CSO Tank #1 and replace them with custom fabricated 316 stainless steel trough assemblies. The project will include but not be limited to selective demolition of reinforced concrete troughs, disposal of reinforced concrete debris, saw cutting/grinding concrete & concrete preparation, fabrication of 316 stainless steel troughs/brackets & polyester fiberglass weir plates, procurement of installation hardware/anchors/installation materials, etc., installation/assembly of (8) new fabricated troughs, installation of new weir plates, modification to existing weir plates, concrete surface preparation and concrete repairs/coating. All labor, tools, equipment and materials for the project shall be provided by the contractor. |
