Located at the Denver Women’s Correctional Facility (DWCF), 3600 Havana, Denver, CO, 80239, the MC21-013 DWCF Living Unit 5 (LU5) Steam Converter Replacement project consists of, but is not limited to, field verification, permitting, selective demolition, concrete slab cut and patch, Steam Heat Exchanger to Hot Water, Expansion Tank, Steam/DHW piping, insulation, associated plumbing and electrical, inspections, start-up and commissioning, maintenance manuals, training, as required.
