Description

The Camp Richardson Parking project includes the construction of an 80-space parking lot and corresponding access road intersecting with Jameson Beach Road within the Camp Richardson recreation area in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Option items include the repaving of Jameson Beach Road as well as the construction of dumpster enclosures within the Camp Richardson recreation area. This work includes, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, pavement removal, roadway excavation, aggregate base placement, asphalt placement, concrete curb and gutter, signing, and striping. One lane of Jameson Beach Road and the cabin loop access road will remain open during construction and pedestrian access to National Forest Lands will be maintained. This project will require coordination with the Camp Richardson Resort special use permit holder.
