Description

The project consists of the selective demolition of demountable floor to ceiling partitions, interior gypsum board wall demolition and reconstruction, ceiling panel / grid removal and replacement. New finishes consisting of resilient flooring and carpet tile. Provision for a new waiting and interview area with FRP wood panel and transaction counters. New offices with relocated and new electrical and data outlets. Mechanical work consists of removal of existing ductwork and provision for new ductwork and ceiling diffusers. Sprinkler work consists of reworking existing sprinkler head locations to new locations.
