Description

Install two (2) each hot water pumps (government furnished). Install two (2) each (government furnished) line starters to include connecting to existing DDCs. Install three (3) each new pressure regulating valves and associated pressure relief valves. Install two (2) each new backflow preventers on the HVAC water systems. Install (1) each (government furnished) domestic hot water pump. Replace with new (6) each differential pressure switches on chilled water, cooling tower and hot water pump systems, to include connecting to associated existing DDCs. Replace (1) each hot water control valve on AHU-3 with new. Install new VFD controllers to operate all six (6) water circulating pumps, to include programming for proper operation. Rebuild and perform realignment on four (4) each water pumps, to include replacing existing couplings with half-hubs. Grout water pumps to housekeeping pads. Place insulation on all new piping.
