Description

The Town is procuring these services utilizing their adopted small purchase procedures (Sec. 2-224). This project is funded with Federal funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and with State funds from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management (FEMA-DR-4401-VA-013). The principal work to be performed under this contract consists of, but not limited to, the following improvements: Abate asbestos containing building materials at four (4) commercial structures, demolishing one (1) of the structures in its entirety.
