Atkinson Community Center Decks

The Town of Atkinson, NH is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to remove and reconstruct two decks at the Atkinson Community Center, 4 Main St, Atkinson, NH. The price package should include the removal and replacement of two decks, stairs, and railings, and repair and replace siding around decks as necessary. Deck #1 is 8'x6' and deck #2 is 22'x8'. Specifications for deck reconstruction can be found on the Town website. Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris from the site The successful contractor and subcontractors shall purchase and maintain such comprehensive general liability and other insurance as is appropriate for the work being performed. The Town reserves the right to choose proposals in the best interest of the Town
