Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLC -based Plant Master Control System with the below minimum requirements: System: Hot Water Mounting Style: Wall Mount - Type 4 Processor: Compact Logix L19ER HMI, Local: 10" PV+ Allen Bradley / Rockwell Boiler Control System with the below minimum requirements: System: Hot Water Mounting Style: Wall Mount - Type 4 Panel Components: LED enclosure, field terminals, wiring ducts, 24Vdc power supply, UL 489 Breakers and circuit protection. Processor BMS: Honeywell RM7840 - Preliminary Processor CCS: Compact Logix hardware Burner Management System (BMS): PLC Input - 120V Combustion Control System (CCS): CCS PLC Input 4-20mA, Output 4-20mA Technical Services to include: Remove and dispose of exiting boiler control panel, mount new, terminate wiring, FACTORY AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN to perform start-up, calibration, and safety check, set combustion and operator training.
