The project consists generally of water, sewer, roads, and stormwater. The water system improvements generally include providing materials for the installation of 8 PCV water main, valves, fire hydrants, and appurtenances necessary to construct the project. The sewer system improvements generally include providing materials for the installation of 8 PCV gravity main, sewer laterals and appurtenances necessary to construct the project. The stormwater system improvements generally include providing materials for the installation of reinforced concrete pipe, inlets, mitered end sections, manholes, grading of ponds, and appurtenances necessary to construct the project. The roadway improvements generally include providing materials for the installation of asphalt, lime rock, stabilized subgrade, curbs, sidewalk, grading, grassing, signage, striping, landscaping, and appurtenances necessary to construct the project.
