2022 Sidewalk Program; Contract No. 12

Job Location Midland, MI Questions are submitted online No CONTRACT NO. 12 is for the construction of concrete sidewalks at various locations throughout the City, where sidewalks do not currently exist. Some of the quantities listed in the Itemized Bid are as follows: 17,100 S.Ft. 4" Concrete Sidewalk General Requirements The project scope is to install concrete sidewalks and sidewalk ramps, where they do not currently exist at the locations listed below. Sidewalks and sidewalk ramps shall meet ADA requirements and shall be installed as per the details included herein. Sidewalks shall be continuous through existing driveways. Waldo Ave: 5’ Wide sidewalks shall be installed at the locations shown on the map included herein. Sidewalk ramps shall be installed at Ridgecrest Dr. Dublin Ave: 5’ Wide sidewalks shall be installed at the locations shown on the map included herein. A sidewalk ramp shall be installed at the intersection of Dublin/Saginaw for the Dublin Ave. crossing only. - Bid Deposit Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 %
