Interior Renovations

Work Under Base Bid: interior renovations, replacing kitchen casework and equipment, and providing fire separation between kitchen and cafeteria. Demolition Work Consists of: partial demolition of existing concrete flooring, removal of existing casework, ceiling, equipment, HVAC equipment, and slight modification to existing ceilings for new wall installations. New Work Consists of: provision and installation of new kitchen sinks, tables, and other equipment, interior metal doors and frames, 2 hour rated metal stud wall assemblies, gypsum wall board ceiling, new HVAC equipment for the kitchen, and relocation of existing equipment.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
