Cordtlandt Waterfront Park Sea Plane Hanger Reconstruction

Removing and disposing the existing foundations and concrete slab and erecting a new pre-fabricated metal building (as shown on the contract drawings), including all excavation for the foundation, installation of cast in place concrete slab, equipping the building interior with electric, exterior concrete walkways, installing and maintaining sediment and erosion controls, installing a infiltration trench with associated piping. Existing metal building shall be removed and disposed of by others, existing concrete slab and footings are to be removed and disposed of by contractor awarded the project.
