Description

Includes, at the Huffman Radar Site (Ingram Hill) F/0084), adding a new 100 ' tower with a base approximately 25' x 25' including enclosure at 90’, a new equipment building approximately 25’ x 50’, a concrete pad for the electrical equipment, a concrete pad for the heat exchanger, and a concrete parking pad for a trailer. The Huffman Radar Site (Ingram Hill) is approximately 1.95 acres of fenced in area and includes 7 abandoned telecommunication towers, existing 2,200 SF equipment building, F/00841. Necessary, local to Ingram Hill, power, communications, and plumbing will be routed for the heat exchanger, trailer pad, and tower. One existing telecommunication tower is being used and two 6’ x 12’ Conex type storage containers are currently being used for equipment shelters. The site is accessed using an existing 880 feet asphalt drive to SR 4. The proposed new development is located in open areas of the site currently vacant of tower and building improvements so tower and building demolition is not required. The Phase 1 part of the work is located in an area that currently slopes approximately 2% from north to south that will require minimum grading to develop the site.
