Qualified vendors to provide and install a main entrance gate and fencing at Cohen Campbell Fisheries Office 2726 Fish Hatchery Road West Columbia, SC 29172. 1. Gate 1. Remove existing gate 2. Provide and install 16’ (8’ x 2) black aluminum, double swing, single picket arched gate (example Figure 1) 3. Provide and install double swing automatic gate opener with battery backup 120-volt power is available approximately 200’ from gate 3.1. Gate opener must have functionality to permanently hold open upon user input on keypad 3.2. Gate opener must have normal open/close operations when user does not enter the permanent hold open input on keypad 4. Provide and install two (2) pedestals with wired keypad (keypad entry and exit) 5. Provide and install adequate safety photocells as required by project 2. Fence 1. Remove existing fence 2. Provide and install 24’ (16’ left hand side and 8’ right hand side) black aluminum, single picket fencing that matches double gate design
