Description

In general the work consists of removal of and replacement of the single pane, uninsulated, aluminum slider window units with new energy efficient, insulated and thermally broken units. All associated interior aluminum panel, interior jambs, trim, flashing and sills will be removed and replaced as noted. All exterior caulking and damaged face brick adjacent to the exterior window openings will be removed and replaced. Minor tuck pointing is anticipated to be required at most window openings. Lintels will be repaired and painted or replaced, if necessary.
