Nelson Field Visitors Grandstand and Facility Upgrades

Various upgrades at the Nelson Field facility. Work under this contract includes but is not limited to the following: a. Miscellaneous Minor Structure Demolition b. Ground Improvement of the Foundation Pad for the New Grandstand Facility. (Grandstand foundations and grandstand structure provided by others and are not part of this contract). c. New Concession Stand Facility d. New Concrete Paving Plaza Areas and Related Access Sidewalks and Miscellaneous Retaining Walls e. Concrete Floor Slabs and Related Underground Utility Work Required for Two Pre-Cast Prefabricated Restroom Buildings. Buildings will be provided and installed by Owner. f. All electrical work required to serve all above referenced New Facilities including power rough-in work for New Grandstand and Press Box Facility. No electrical work is required within the New Press Box Facility under this Contract. g. Rough Final Grading, Mulching, and Seeding.
